As an Administrative Assistant, you will report directly to the Administration Department at Mount Arrowsmith. Your key focus will be handling front desk duties, responding to inquiries, and supporting event logistics. You'll maintain essential databases, manage calls, and ensure efficient operations throughout all activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and screen phone calls and emails
• Book appointments and manage calendars
• Prepare correspondence and presentations




• Assist with organizing community fundraising events
• Maintain confidential records and databases

Requirements:
• Minimum of two years in administrative support roles
• Working knowledge of Office365
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Valid driver’s license and transparent driving record
