Key Responsibilities:
• Own warehouse performance within assigned inbound/outbound processes
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and continuous improvement
• Set and communicate operational standards to Supervisors




• Manage operational capacity balancing labor, equipment, and space
• Partner with teams to resolve system and facility issues

Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in supply chain or logistics
• 5-8 years leadership experience in a distribution center
• Proven ability in managing complex operational decisions
• Experience using WMS platforms (SAP WM/EWM preferred)
• Data-driven decision-making in performance management
