ROCKWOOL Group in Grand Forks is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead daily production, uphold safety and quality standards, and drive efficiency. You will manage a team, coordinate with maintenance, and ensure KPI targets are met while communicating shifts and corrective actions.
The role requires 2–5 years in supervision, a relevant degree, and strong Lean, safety, and teamwork skills. This is an in office position with a rotating 12-hour schedule, day and night shifts.
