Join Télésat as a Technologist focused on satellite operations in Montreal. You will manage Eastern Teleports infrastructure, ensuring service reliability and system maintenance for Northern communities.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise and strong customer service skills, ideal for candidates with an Electronics/Telecommunications Technologist Diploma. You will work closely with Télésat Engineering and perform both preventative and corrective maintenance on RF hardware, alongside supporting remote operations and installations as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide level 2 support for network systems
• Perform maintenance on RF hardware and systems
• Operate and maintain the Monitoring and Control system




• Collaborate with engineering for system modifications
• Travel for installations and maintenance as required

Requirements:
• Electronics/Telecommunications diploma, or similar
• 2-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Understanding of satellite and RF systems
• Familiarity with IP networks and routing protocols
• Robust interpersonal and customer service skills
