Help shape young minds at Tropicana Childcare Centre as a Registered Early Childhood Educator. This split shift role focuses on children aged 4-12 years in a supportive, engaging environment.

Based at the McCrae Site, this position requires a dedicated professional who can develop, implement, and oversee programs that stimulate children’s growth. You will work closely with families and colleagues to provide a safe, inclusive atmosphere that fosters learning and well-being. Successful candidates will leverage communication and leadership skills to support children while following health guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
• Organize programs for children aged 4 to 12 years
• Conduct daily health checks and communicate with families
• Foster partnerships with families for child development




• Supervise and ensure safety during activities
• Participate in planning and adapting age-appropriate activities

Requirements:
• Two-year Early Childhood Education Diploma or Degree
• Current registration with College of Early Childhood Educators
• Valid First Aid/CPR Level C certification
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to lift up to 20 kg and work in wide-ranging conditions
