We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Punch Press Machine Operator to join our client’s energetic team in Vaughan. The ideal candidate will have experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable working with very small, delicate metal components.
This role requires robust attention to detail, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to safely operate a punch press machine while maintaining high-quality standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing precise metal components and ensuring that finished products meet quality requirements.

Location: Vaughan, ON
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00AM - 3:30PM
Pay: $18/hour
Job Duties:
Operate punch press machinery to produce small metal components
Load and position small metal pieces into the machine
Monitor machine operation and make adjustments as required
Inspect finished components for quality, accuracy, and defects
Handle very small and delicate metal pieces with care
Perform basic measurements and quality checks
Use hand tools and other equipment as required
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
Cross-train and assist in other departments as required
Requirements:
Previous experience operating a punch press or manufacturing machinery is an asset
Manufacturing or production experience is required
Strong attention to detail and ability to work with very small components
Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
Ability to follow detailed instructions and production specifications
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Steel-toed safety footwear
