Cherry Hill Programs is looking for a Seasonal Holiday Retail Manager to join the team at our Sherwood Park location for the holiday season!
This role is responsible for helping create a fun, welcoming, and memorable experience for Guests while supporting the day-to-day operations of the holiday retail experience.
What You’ll Do
Lead and support the seasonal retail team during the holiday season
Provide excellent customer service and help create memorable Guest experiences
Oversee daily retail operations, including opening and closing procedures
Support sales, cash handling, inventory, merchandising, and store organization
Train, coach, and motivate seasonal team members
Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment
Address Guest questions and concerns in a professional manner
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards
What They’re Looking For
Previous retail, customer service, or leadership experience
Solid communication and organizational skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team in a rapid-paced environment
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
Strong attention to detail
Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays throughout the holiday season
This is a seasonal position with Cherry Hill Programs.
