As an Experienced General Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in managing the sales department. You will be responsible for maximizing sales and profitability while maintaining a positive, customer focused atmosphere. Your strong leadership skills and experience in the automotive industry will be crucial in achieving our sales objectives.

What you get
Pay: $50,000–$190,000 per year

What you need
2+ years in automotive sales, including 1+ years in a management or desking role
A track record of hitting volume and gross targets
Experience with used vehicle appraisal and pricing
Solid CRM and dealership software skills
Ability to lead a team with accountability and respect
Valid Class 5 driver's license and clean abstract
