Key Responsibilities:
Define maintenance strategies to prevent asset failures
Develop specifications for repairs and replacements
Troubleshoot performance issues of critical assets
Support planning of work packages and task lists
Conduct root cause failure analysis to enhance availability
Requirements:
15 years of experience in maintenance and industrial sectors
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field
Skilled Engineer designation is required
Experience with condition monitoring techniques
Familiarity with Reliability software and maintenance planning
