In this role, you will report to the Estimating Director and handle higher-complexity endeavors, independently estimating Level 2 projects. Your responsibilities will include scope definition, quantity take-offs, and competitive bid development, while mentoring junior team members and collaborating with internal teams and trade partners.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for various projects
• Assess constructability and design options from drawings
• Manage subcontractor and supplier procurement effectively




• Develop competitive bids using benchmarking tools
• Plan estimating schedules and guide junior estimators

Requirements:
• 5+ years of construction experience in estimating
• Strong knowledge of tender documents and construction scopes
• Proficiency in estimating software and scheduling tools
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Effective collaboration with clients and stakeholders
