Enviros is seeking an experienced Wilderness Facilitator for the Shunda Creek Recovery Center's Adventure Therapy program. You will coordinate multi-day wilderness trips and work alongside Program Supervisors to integrate outdoor activities into addiction recovery goals. Ideal candidates excel in leadership and possess strong wilderness skills.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and oversee wilderness trips including hiking and canoeing
• Collaborate with therapists to ensure effective therapeutic experiences
• Maintain safety standards and risk management protocols




• Organize and manage outdoor equipment and supplies
• Mentor and assess wilderness staff before trips

Requirements:
• Professional experience in outdoor education and wilderness leadership
• 80-hour Wilderness First Responder certification
• Robust organizational and communication skills
• Significant personal and professional wilderness experience
• Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
