Our financial services client is seeking a Senior Project Manager (10+ years) to lead an HR acquisition and integration initiative using Workday in a Waterfall environment
Join a large-scale acquisition and integration initiative supporting the migration of HR systems and processes into an enterprise financial services environment. This role focuses on discovery, planning, and delivery activities within an enterprise HR workstream centered on Workday. The engagement is expected to span approximately three years and requires senior-level leadership during early integration phases.
12 Month Contract, Toronto, 3 days/ week onsite
Must Haves
- 10+ years in Project Management delivering enterprise initiatives
- Workday implementation or migration projects
- HR transformation or enterprise HR systems integration initiatives
Nice to Have
- Financial services or banking industry experience
- Enterprise acquisition or integration program exposure
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery and planning activities for the HR integration workstream
- Support the migration of HR systems and processes into the enterprise environment
- Provide guidance to HR stakeholders throughout the integration initiative
- Translate business requirements into actionable project deliverables
- Communicate project information to non-technical business users
- Navigate ambiguity during early-stage discovery activities
- Support acquisition and integration program delivery activities
