In this role, you will provide critical counseling services through ComPsych's Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The ideal candidate has at least three years of clinical experience and a Master’s degree in behavioral health. You'll navigate a variety of employee challenges, ensuring effective client outcomes through ethical and client-centered practices.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide in-person EAP counseling for employees and families
• Conduct intake assessments and clinical evaluations
• Support clients with stress, anxiety, and relationship issues




• Maintain accurate clinical documentation per standards
• Coordinate with ComPsych's intake and referral processes

Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a related behavioral health field
• Minimum 3 years of post-master clinical experience
• Active skilled registration or accreditation
• Professional liability insurance coverage, if applicable
