LCBO is seeking friendly and dedicated Seasonal Customer Service Representatives from November 16 to December 31, 2026. You will support customers at our retail locations across Ontario, providing outstanding service using the POS system. This role includes paid online training to enhance your customer service skills and knowledge about beverages for a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers using the POS system promptly
• Request donations for the Spirit of Sustainability Campaign




• Participate in Customer Experience and Postal Code Surveys
• Replenish stock and maintain a clean store environment
• Lift cases of various weights while assisting shoppers

Requirements:
• Legally allowed to work in Canada (valid SIN or permit)
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Bilingualism in English and French is a plus
• Available during the holiday season
• Comfortable working in a team-oriented workplace
