Are you seeking a unique, rewarding role at a flourishing private practice in Franklin, TN? We're excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a passionate, self-motivated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside a nationally recognized leader in cutting-edge ketamine infusion therapy for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and complex regional pain syndrome.
You'll play a hands-on role in delivering life-changing care, working directly with patients through all phases of their infusion treatments—including consultation, initiation, monitoring, and ongoing support.
You'll join a compassionate team dedicated to exceptional outcomes while benefiting from robust autonomy and strong collaboration.
What You'll Do: Place and administer IV therapies for ketamine infusions
Consult with patients and families about their treatment plans
Care for individuals with treatment-resistant depression and chronic regional pain syndrome
Monitor and support patients throughout infusion and recovery
Respond quickly and confidently to emergencies if they arise
Maintain meticulous and accurate medical records
What We're Looking For: 3+ years clinical experience in IV placement and medication delivery
3+ years working as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner
ICU or ER experience is a major plus
Self-starter who thrives independently and as part of an expert team
Current BLS/ACLS and CPR certifications
Graduate of an accredited program
Excellent communication skills
EMR experience
Superb time management skills
