In this position, you will work within a agile team, reporting to the Ontario Projects Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to develop engineering designs and prepare drawings from initial sketches, ensuring compliance with specifications. Utilize your experience with Inventor and Revit to create building information models, while also producing comprehensive documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop designs and drawings from concepts and specifications
• Use CAD software to create accurate engineering models
• Prepare drawing sets and documentation packages




• Verify designs to ensure they meet specifications
• Write technical reports and prepare contracts

Requirements:
• Experience in drafting with relevant CAD software
• Ability to work independently and with minimal direction
• Willingness to travel and work irregular hours
• Previous education or experience in structural drafting
• Comfortable operating computer-assisted drafting equipment
