Become a vital part of Zonta House Refuge Association, providing tailored support to victim-survivors of family and domestic violence. This part time role in Bentley empowers individuals through specialized advocacy and case management.
As a System Navigator, you will interact with the Pathways to Justice program, closely collaborating with multiple service providers to ensure comprehensive support. Your expertise in trauma-informed care will be crucial in navigating the justice system while coordinating resources for clients' unique needs. This role requires a robust understanding of domestic violence frameworks and a compassionate approach to advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide case management and tailored support to clients
• Advocate for women within legal and justice systems
• Collaborate with WAPOL and partner agencies
• Develop risk assessment and holistic support plans
• Engage with community services and stakeholders
Requirements:
• Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field
• Experience in family and domestic violence support
• Knowledge of court processes and advocacy skills
• Strong written communication abilities
• National Police Clearance and valid WA Driver's License
