As the Manager IM/IT, you will report to the Senior Director and oversee a range of IT services to support organizational needs. Your expertise encompasses frameworks like ITIL and NIST, ensuring that SCC’s IT strategic vision is successfully operationalized. You'll manage talented IT professionals, enhance cybersecurity, and steer the Enterprise Architecture for the Council.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement IM/IT service strategies
• Manage the organization's cybersecurity program
• Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals




• Oversee the ITIL Change Management process
• Cultivate relationships with Managed Service Providers

Requirements:
• Secret security clearance required
• Bilingual communication in French and English
• 5–10 years of managerial IT experience
• Solid technical and economic feasibility assessment skills
• Excellent verbal and written presentation skills
