outcomes and emerging needs to strengthen programs and services.
Stay hands-on - step in where needed to support delivery and keep things moving.
WHO YOU ARE You’re an organized, approachable and practical leader who can balance people, programs, volunteers, events and deadlines without losing sight of the bigger picture.
You’ll bring:
4+ years of progressively responsible experience in non-profit, community services, program management, volunteer management or a related field
You have a strong educational background within a related field.
Experience managing and developing staff.
Experience overseeing volunteer programs, systems or services.
Strong budget management, grant writing and funder reporting skills.
Experience planning and delivering programs and/or events.
Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
Confidence managing competing priorities, difficult conversations and unexpected challenges.
Relevant post-secondary education, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience working with older adults and diverse communities is strongly preferred.
THE DETAILS Reports to: Executive Director
Hours: 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday
