This position within the Clinical Nutrition Department requires a Baccalaureate in Applied Human Nutrition and current registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in nutritional assessments and care plans for inpatients and outpatients, with specific experience in hemodialysis and ICU settings. Teaching dietetic interns and staff education will also be part of your responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide nutritional care and education for inpatients and outpatients
• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and monitoring




• Develop and implement nutrition care plans effectively
• Supervise and educate dietetic interns and staff
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team setting

Requirements:
• Baccalaureate degree in Nutrition or equivalent
• Current registration with the College of Dietitians of Ontario
• Two years of recent experience in acute care
• Extensive knowledge in Enteral and Parenteral Nutrition
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
