Lead the development of Affirm’s current banking products as a Staff Product Manager. This remote-first role focuses on launching and scaling consumer-facing deposit products in the fintech space.
At Affirm, you will own the entire lifecycle of the banking product, operationalizing our new bank charter and driving loan originations. With over six years in product management, you’ll leverage your experience in launching regulated financial services products while collaborating cross-functionally to ensure strategic alignment across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own end-to-end product strategy for deposit products
• Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and other teams
• Manage the roadmap for scaling to a multi-billion-dollar base
• Ensure compliance readiness and operational integrity
• Communicate product vision to senior leadership
Requirements:
• Over 6 years of product management experience
• Proven track record in regulated consumer financial products
• Strong technical fluency with banking integrations
• Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
