The National Police Federation (NPF) is seeking a Labour Relations Officer to enhance relationships within a unionized setting. This position requires expertise in interpreting labour laws, administering agreements, and mediation. You will provide technical advice and representation to Members while supporting Local Area Representatives on complex matters.

Key Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret collective agreements and policies
• Provide advice on individual Member circumstances
• Support Members in critical incidents and investigations
• Liaise with Employers for Member support
• Act as a contact point for RCMP management

Requirements:
• Degree in labour relations or related field
• Experience in unionized representation
• Solid knowledge of labour relations principles
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools
