Maximize production efficiency at our millwork facility as a Lead Production Supervisor. Oversee daily operations while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

As a Lead Production Supervisor, you will report to the Mill Manager and lead daily manufacturing processes. This role encompasses supervising team members, ensuring adherence to production schedules, and achieving KPIs. With a focus on quality and safety, you'll mentor staff while maintaining productive workflow and inventory tracking.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily production operations and workflow efficiency
• Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team
• Monitor safety compliance and quality control measures
• Conduct inspections of finished products and address defects
• Maintain production records and metrics for transparency

Requirements:
• 5+ years in production, preferably millwork
• 2+ years leading production teams
• Knowledge of quality control mechanisms
• Proficiency with CNC and other manufacturing tools
• Ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively
