Responsibilities Consolidate all purchasing, tracking, and receiving functions across project, parts, and service departments




Proactively manage purchasing and costing items to ensure efficiency and accuracy
Identify and implement process improvements related to purchasing and accounting
Collaborate closely with the accounts department on accounting requirements
Develop and implement internal controls and potentially Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the purchasing department
Contribute new ideas for logistics, shipping, and tools to enhance operations
Qualifications Strong communication skills
4+ years experience in a similar role, ideally in logistics/shipping
Working knowledge of Canadian tax, including customs, tariffs, and GST
Ability to work on-site in Burlington
Possession of a valid driver's license and vehicle
An energetic, to-the-point, and initiative-taking personality, eager to learn and take on projects
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a "nice to have"
