As part of a high-performance team, you'll take on responsibilities from Project Managers, and mentor junior team members. Your expertise in machine operation, including excavators, and attention to detail will drive daily project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Safely operate excavators for pile installations
• Perform Field Level Hazard Assessments regularly




• Maintain accurate project records including equipment inspections
• Mentor junior operators in safety and efficiency
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform minor repairs

Requirements:
• High school diploma required
• Class 5 Driver’s License; Class 1 or 3 is a plus
• Field safety tickets (First Aid, H2S, etc.) preferred
• Experience operating machinery in construction settings
• Ability to work outdoors in varying conditions
