Overview
The Mobile Supervisor is responsible for the overall quality of service delivery, departmental morale, and overall operational efficiency of the Mobile Department operations.

Overview of Responsibilities
Balance supervisor oversight of the Mobile Officers on shift while completing patrols, alarms, tasks
Provide written recommendations for efficiencies to the Mobile Manager to enhance service levels to Paladin's clients and improve the employee experience
Check in and monitor the progress of all mobile units on shift and reach out if anyone is falling behind and provide support
Communicate all client and management expectations effectively to the Mobile Officers while nurturing a team-based approach to problem solving
For new Mobile Officers, the Mobile Supervisor will check in frequently to confirm the new Mobile Officer has received thorough and correct training. The Mobile Supervisor will flag any deficiencies for the Mobile Manager to address
Upon request of the Mobile Manager, the supervisor will program and install Tracktik checkpoints at new sites or to replace missing or malfunctioning checkpoints at existing sites. The Mobile Supervisor is not to create recent checkpoints without the written permission of the Mobile Manager on a case-by-case basis
Report any concerns regarding fleet vehicles to the Mobile Manager via writing. The Mobile Supervisor will also frequently spot check mobile units for cleanliness and damage and will elevate as needed to the Mobile Manager
Provide an end of shift briefing via writing to the Mobile Manager of any tasks or duties beyond that of regular activities such as patrolling, alarms, etc.
Requirements
Minimum of 1 year of work experience in the security industry
Valid BC Security Licence
Valid BC Class 5 Driver's License with clean driver's abstract
Ability to pass a Criminal Record Check
First Aid with AED Certified, to provincial standards
MOAB (Management of Aggressive Behaviour) certified
Ability to quickly plan, organize, and problem solve
Ability to make decisions based on Paladin best practices when no manager is available
Must possess strong deportment and professionalism in all situations
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Flexible availability (nights, weekends, holidays)
Legal eligibility to work in Canada
Certification Requirements (All)
Valid BC Security Licence
