Long View is seeking an upbeat and personable People Services Advisor for the Integrated Global Services branch, based in Calgary or Toronto. You will provide daily HR support to Canada and the US, helping leaders and employees with employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and HR policy administration.
You will partner with the PS team to enhance the employee experience, manage HRIS and advantages, and support visas and immigration matters while upholding Canadian and US employment
