Expand the existing pilot dashboard beyond a subset ofcritical indicators to include province-wide medicolegal autopsy caseworkmetrics workload analytics, service performance indicators, and executivereporting capabilities.

Resource will develop data pipelines, APIs, reportingservices, and dashboard functionality required to support executivedecision-making.

Design and build secure interfaces between F-Path, Vanguard(QuinC), and Ontario justice-sector databases.

Establish data exchange mechanisms for criminal chargeinformation, court attendance data, subpoenas, counsel assignments, and casedisposition information.

Improve data quality, reporting consistency, analyticscapability, and interoperability across systems.
