Elevate safety compliance leadership with triOS Institute as Vice President. Ensure adherence to Ontario health and safety legislation and oversee proactive risk management tactics.

As the Vice President at triOS Institute, you will embody the company’s core values while supporting operational excellence. This position encompasses in office inspections, union safety integration, and continuous improvement of safety performance metrics across Ontario. You will conduct field-based coaching and maintain compliance with critical legislation, enhancing overall safety culture.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular site visits for safety oversight
• Ensure compliance with Ontario health and safety laws
• Integrate union (LiUNA) safety requirements into practices




• Identify hazards proactively and reduce risks
• Coach and train staff on safety protocols

Requirements:
• OHS diploma or certificate required
• Strong knowledge of Ontario HSE legislation
• Experience with COR (Ontario) program requirements
• Proficient in WSIB processes and reporting
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office

Utilize your extensive safety knowledge to lead triOS Institute's compliance efforts and enhance workplace safety standards across Ontario.
