Ideal candidates should possess a diploma in Human Resources Counselling or Social Services, and prefer a Baccalaureate in a related field. Your role will include conducting assessments and developing personalized care plans in a community-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct biopsychosocial assessments for clients
• Develop tailored care plans addressing substance use challenges
• Respond to emerging concerns regarding client wellbeing
• Collaborate with an inter-professional team effectively
• Utilize crisis management and de-escalation techniques
Requirements:
• Minimum one year of relevant experience
• Certification in addiction counselling strongly preferred
