KPU is seeking a Director, Student Access and Disability Resources within the Student Affairs team. The director will provide institutional leadership, overseeing Accessibility Services and Assessment & Testing Services. Your role will focus on ensuring equitable access, removing systemic barriers, and fostering inclusive environments for students with disabilities across our campuses.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the strategic direction for Accessibility Services
• Oversee assessment and testing service initiatives
• Collaborate with faculty and community partners
• Develop policies for inclusive practices
• Ensure compliance with accessibility regulations

Requirements:
• Master’s Degree in a related field
• 7+ years in post-secondary student services
• 5+ years in a management role
• Experience with disability accommodations
• Robust communication and leadership skills
