The Registered Nurse will deliver specialized nursing care to patients with complex mental illnesses. Your skills in crisis intervention, therapeutic interventions, and trauma-informed care will be essential. Candidates should possess strong leadership and problem-solving abilities while collaborating within a dedicated interdisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to patients
• Conduct assessments and organize treatment plans
• Document evaluations and interventions accurately




• Collaborate with the inter-professional team effectively
• Model professional leadership in nursing practice

Requirements:
• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• One year of recent mental health nursing experience
• CNA certification in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing preferred
• BCLS/HCP certification is required
• Knowledge of Mental Health Act and Psychiatric nursing standards
