Our client, is seeking a Parts Sales and Service Coordinator to join their team in Dartmouth, NS. As a Parts Sales and Service Coordinator, you will be part of the operations support function, helping keep fleet and shop customers moving by connecting the right parts with the right solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong customer focus, a detail-oriented approach, and the confidence to learn and explain technical product information.

What's the Job?

Assist fleet operators, independent truckers, and repair shops with finding the correct parts or upfitting solutions. Manage counter transactions and support day-to-day parts sales activities. Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring the right items are prepared for service needs. Support service technicians by coordinating parts information and helping remove friction from the repair workflow. Provide product knowledge and technical guidance related to driveline components, power take-offs (PTOs), and mobile truck equipment.

What's Needed?

Experience is an asset, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply and grow in the role. Solid customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally. Comfort working with parts information and learning technical product details. Accuracy and attention to detail when processing orders and supporting counter transactions. Motivation to collaborate with service technicians and help customers find practical solutions.
