What You Will Be Doing:

Oversee full-cycle accounting, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and month-end close improvements

Lead financial planning and analysis (budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling) to support business growth and decision-making

Manage financial reporting, including private reporting, variance analysis, and commentary

Prepare for and support external audits, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and best practices

Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll transactions, maintaining accuracy and efficiency

Ensure compliance with government filings,



including sales tax and payroll tax requirementsProvide mentorship and guidance to junior accounting staff, fostering professional growth and development

What We Need From You:

3–5 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A;

Strong technical accounting skills, including experience with audit preparation and financial analysis

Advanced Excel skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly

Excellent communication and client management abilities

Proven ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
