As a Commercial Lines Underwriter II, you will contribute significantly to the Mid-Market team by fostering long-term partnerships with brokers and delivering outstanding service. This position calls for a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in Property and Casualty underwriting. You will assess risks, mentor peers, and drive innovative solutions for underwriting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop strong relationships with brokers through dedicated service
• Analyze and assess risks for quotes, renewals, and changes




• Coach team members in underwriting techniques and broker interactions
• Lead initiatives that enhance underwriting efficiency and practices
• Apply pricing strategies according to company guidelines

Requirements:
• 5 to 7 years of Commercial Lines Underwriting experience
• Completion of or progress towards CIP designation
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to handle complex risks and tight deadlines
