Our client is looking for a dedicated Operations Supervisor to manage nighttime activities across several sites. This role demands robust leadership, health and safety oversight, and interaction with frontline staff and site managers. The ideal candidate should be prepared to work Sunday through Thursday nights, ensuring that safety and performance standards are met consistently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise frontline employees across various client locations
• Monitor health and safety compliance with policies
• Conduct site inspections and safety audits regularly




• Lead incident investigations and oversee corrective measures
• Coordinate employee safety orientations and training sessions

Requirements:
• Experience in operations supervision or health and safety roles
• Knowledge of Alberta Occupational Health and Safety standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Valid driver's license; able to travel between sites
