Experience the festive season at LCBO as a Holiday Customer Service Representative. Deliver exceptional customer experiences in our retail store located in Watford, Ontario.

This seasonal role runs from November 16 to December 31, 2026. Candidates will engage with customers, support their inquiries, and build valuable product knowledge through paid online training including wine, beer, cider, and spirits. You will make a memorable impact on the shopping experiences during the busy holiday season.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve customers using our POS/Cash system effectively
• Request donations for our Spirit of Sustainability campaign
• Participate in Customer Experience surveys
• Receive and replenish inventory on shelves
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety

Requirements:
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally allowed to work in Canada
• Comfortable working as part of a team
• Bilingualism in English and French is a bonus
• Must lift cases up to 40 lbs repeatedly
