The position
Redox have an exciting full-time opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Transport Support Officer to join the transport office in Minto. You will support the day-to-day operations of the Minto warehouse in coordination with the wider Operations Team to drive business goals and objectives.
You are a curious and resourceful problem solver with an aptitude for numbers, analysing large data sets and resolving inventory investigations. Your daily tasks and responsibilities will include:
Organising & writing consignment notes
Arranging freight bookings for deliveries and receivals
Recording and reconciling pallet transactions
Inventory management and resolving any stock variances or quality problems
Tracking and uploading proof of deliveries
Releasing forward orders
Compiling delivery run sheets and store reports
Laminating Emergency Information Panels (EIP’s)
Responding to sales/marketing queries and requests
General Administrative duties and customer service
Assisting Sales representatives and other staff with queries
Ensure all staff and site visitors adhere to Redox’s policies, procedures, and site-specific conditions of WH&S; in compliance with state and federal legislation.
About you
1 year experience in a similar role
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Customer centric with high attention to detail
Ability to liaiseand collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders
Dangerous Goods experience an advantage.
Reliable with exceptional time management skills
Proficient computer skills – Microsoft Office Suite.
Flexible and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
