In this key role, you’ll maintain and improve critical equipment within our Packaging Services division. Your expertise will facilitate preventative maintenance, timely response to equipment failures, and continuous process improvements. The position requires a focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with a dedicated team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly
• Provide hands-on support during equipment downtimes
• Execute corrective and preventative maintenance programs
• Ensure the reliability of all operational equipment
• Oversee contractor activities when necessary
Requirements:
• Certified Industrial Millwright or advanced apprentice status
• 5-10 years in manufacturing maintenance roles
• Experience with PLCs, HVAC, and packaging systems
• Understanding of preventative maintenance practices
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely
