Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and improve the quality management system
• Conduct quality audits and prepare management reports
• Develop and review quality policies and initiatives




• Coordinate quality control for Point of Care Testing devices
• Participate in risk management and corrective actions

Requirements:
• Graduate of Medical Laboratory Technologist program
• Current registration with the College of Medical Laboratory Technologist of Ontario
• At least two years in Quality Management and POCT
• Robust interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
