Bird Construction is seeking a Construction Yard Lead Hand to supervise yard staff, coordinate deliveries, and support the Equipment Manager in daily operations at the Construction Yard. You will ensure safety, manage tools and equipment, and assist with planning and reporting.
The role requires proven yard experience, basic knowledge of tools, robust leadership, and the ability to work with project teams to keep trades moving on schedule. A valid class 3 license is an asset.
