Key Responsibilities:
• Implement AgeCare policies with the nursing team
• Provide direction to Personal Support Workers
• Notify physicians of significant resident changes
• Collaborate with health care professionals for care needs
• Participate in shift reports to ensure team awareness
Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Knowledge of relevant health care regulations and acts
• Background in long-term, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing
• Strong communication and teamwork aptitude
• Commitment to quality care and resident dignity
