This 14-month contract position focuses on guiding the Canadian Assurance practice through cutting-edge learning and curriculum development. As a Learning Leader, you will collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate business priorities into effective learning solutions and oversee the entire curriculum lifecycle. You will lead the Assurance Learning team, ensuring the implementation of training initiatives that foster career progression and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the strategic advisor to Assurance leadership
• Set and communicate the Assurance learning and curriculum strategy




• Own curriculum architecture and governance for Assurance
• Translate business and regulatory needs into learning solutions
• Oversee curriculum approval processes with relevant stakeholders

Requirements:
• 8+ years in Learning and Development or Assurance
• CPA designation or equivalent qualification preferred
• Experience in curriculum strategy and governance
• Excellent communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and learning management systems
