Senior Software Developer – CRM
We are seeking a Senior Software Developer – CRM with solid hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, Azure solution design, Dataverse, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Power Apps, Power Pages, Canvas Apps, custom PCF controls, .NET, C#, JavaScript, Web API, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating technical system specifications into working and tested applications, developing and maintaining software solutions, troubleshooting technical issues, supporting implementation and migration activities, and collaborating with IT professionals and business stakeholders throughout the Software Development Life Cycle.

Must Have

Experience with Agile methodologies

Experience with Dynamics 365, Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure solution design

Working knowledge of Dynamics interoperability, integration, and capability with other Microsoft cloud technologies

Working knowledge of both low-code development and custom development on Dynamics 365

Working knowledge of .NET, C#, JavaScript

Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform

Experience with Dynamics CRM Customer Service Workspace, Agent Experience Profile, Session Templates, Workstream, and Routing

Experience with custom Web API development, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, Azure SQL, DevOps, CI/CD Pipelines, etc.

Nice to Have

Prior OPS/Public Sector experience

Responsibilities
Required to translate technical systems specifications into working,

This Includes

Developing detailed programming specifications

Writing and/or generating code

Compiling data-driven programs, maintaining, and conducting unit tests

Resolves and troubleshoots technical problems which arise during the use and operation of software packages, including technical assistance in implementation, conversion and migrations.

Experience in programming and analysis; specialized software package support at the specified experience level

Ability to collaborate with IT Professionals throughout the Software Development Life Cycle

Experience in structured methodologies for the development, design, implementation and maintenance of applications

Experience in design, code, test, debug and document applications

Desirable Skills

Knowledge and experience with programming Internet-ready applications





Knowledge and experience in rapid application development (RAD) methodologies

Experience with middleware and gateways

Experience reviewing, analysing, and modifying product installation scripts including encoding, testing, debugging

Ability to provide post-implementation support and resolve any post-implementation technical issues

Experience conducting design walkthrough sessions with project team

Knowledge and understanding of Accessibility for Ontarians with Disability Act (AODA) and related regulations and standards

Ability to provide user and system documentation as required

Certifications in Dynamics 365 and Azure are preferred

Experience with Agile methodologies, including using Kanban/task boards

Model-Driven App

Power Pages

Strong communication skills to prepare documentation, including but not limited to reports, reviews, and assessments

Ability to present ideas and suggestions clearly and effectively and in a user-friendly manner; maintain a high level of customer service to both internal and external clients
