This position reports to the Site Manager or Maintenance Manager, focusing on general suite maintenance. You will assist in daily operations, perform exterior maintenance, and resolve basic plumbing, heating, and electrical issues. Your expertise will enhance our mission: 'Where community lives'.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily maintenance operations in office
• Maintain grounds, landscaping, and perform snow removal
• Diagnose and repair plumbing, heating, and electrical systems
• Inspect mechanical and pool equipment for proper operation
• Execute general repairs on appliances and fixtures
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year experience in maintenance roles
• Knowledge of plumbing, carpentry, and electrical skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• On-call availability for emergencies and weekends
• Successful completion of pre-employment fitness testing
