Role Description

The Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Windsor, ON, responsible for promoting pest control services to residential and commercial customers. Day-to-day tasks include engaging prospective customers in person, explaining service offerings and pricing, and addressing questions or concerns to build trust and close sales. The role involves maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, following up on leads, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets.



Sales Associates collaborate with team leaders to refine sales techniques, participate in ongoing training, and uphold company standards for customer service and professionalism.

Qualifications

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and present information clearly.
- Sales and customer service skills, including lead generation, objection handling, and closing techniques.
- Time management and organizational skills to handle multiple prospects, follow-ups, and daily sales goals.
- Ability to work on-site in Windsor, ON, and remain motivated in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Willingness to learn pest control service offerings and follow company policies and procedures.
- Proficiency with basic digital tools (e.g., mobile apps, CRM systems, email) for tracking leads and customer information.
- Previous sales, retail, or marketing experience is an asset but not required; training will be provided.
- Availability for full time work during the summer season; eligibility to work in Canada.
