Peachland Cleaners, located in Peachland, BC V0H 1X4, is currently seeking applications for the position of Cleaner. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills. The selected applicant must join and assume their responsibilities as soon as possible. The available positions are for Permanent employment or part time work leading to full-time employment. The candidate must sweep, mop, wash and polish floors.

The candidate must dust the furniture.

The candidate will be responsible for vacuuming carpets, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.

The candidate will be responsible for making beds and changing sheets.

The candidate must distribute clean towels and toiletries to the guests.

The candidate must stock the linen closet.

The candidate will be responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, and polishing kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.

The candidate must respond to guests’ requests for extra supplies or other items.

The candidate will be responsible for picking up debris and emptying trash cans.

The candidate must launder clothing and household linens.

The candidate must perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.

The candidate will be responsible for washing the windows, walls, and ceilings.

There are no standard education requirements such as a bachelor’s degree, a certificate, or a diploma.

A candidate with experience is an asset.

The candidate must be able to handle a weight of up to 9 kg (20 lbs).
