We’re looking for a knowledgeable, customer-focused Experienced Automotive Parts Manager to join our fast-paced dealership team! In this vital role, you’ll help power the service department by providing technicians and customers with the right parts—quickly, accurately, and professionally.

Location: Barrie ON

Compensation: $70,000-$80,000 per year

Our Parts manager will help to ensure the efficiency and productivity of the Parts department will strive to develop an action plan for the department profitability. They will train and motivate employees to meet and exceed business and customer expectations!

What You Will Be Doing:

Inventory management, including obsolete inventory.

Ordering parts with company and OEM guidelines.





Knowledge of parts pricing procedure.

Understands and maintains warranty platforms.

Establish & maintain valuable relationships with wholesale customers

Responsible for profit management - must examine department financial statements, including expenses and revenue, to ensure the department's profitability

Managing day to day operations of the Parts department

Managing deliveries and returns

Keeping an organized department

Works with service manager & technicians to maintain an effective work flow

What You Bring to the Table:

Minimum 3+ years parts experience

Excellent product knowledge

Knowledge of parts pricing

Leadership skills

Highly organized and detailed orientated

Excellent customer service skills
