Sparkrock is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager/Director of Qualified Services to own the P&L; and book of business for a $3–5M portfolio. You will lead a team of consultants, analysts, and project managers delivering ERP/SaaS implementations, shaping the delivery model, and ensuring high-margin outcomes.
You’ll collaborate across Sales, Engineering, Product, and Customer Success, driving improvements and managing client relationships with a focus on profitability and growth.
