LARA-TECH LIMITED, a fast paced private technology company, requires a full time network support technician for servicing clients in the Ottawa area. This position requires an individual that projects an image of excellence, expertise and confidence. This individual must be self-motivated, well organized and focused.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Setup and support desktops, laptops PC/MAC (Windows 7-11, OSX)
- Configure backups
- Perform onsite/remote service and support to clients
- Mobile support for IPhone and Android
- Microsoft 365 management
- Knowledge of Micorsoft 365 Desktop/Cloud (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Must have good communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Must have strong analytical capability
- Must be able to work independently
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
- 3 year college diploma, in Computer Science or equivalent
